I guide people to return to the best energy of their lives and to replenish the strong energy foundation that will determine the quality of the rest of their lives. I also created the Facebook Group called Real Women, Real Healing as a place for women to ask questions about their gifts and goals, their lives and expectations, and their bodies and their beliefs.

My purpose is to get the simplest, most effective energy practices in to the hands of more people. I am especially focused on women because I have seen remarkable healing of my own body. My health is far better now that an any time in my life, and far beyond what any doctor or psychiatrist or other expert ever envisioned for me. With the exception of Grand Master Nan Lu.

My great passion could be your healing solution! The key is found in the Wu Ming Qigong system of health and healing given to us by Grand Master Nan Lu, a living modern Taoist who continues to study and evolve as a student of his remarkable living Master Xu.
